How do I apply to the college? International students must complete an on-line application for the college. After the application is submitted, the next step is to gather the supporting documents listed below and submit them to the college. Your application will be processed once ALL documents are received.

It is important that you answer the questions correctly so please be sure to read all directions. It may take approximately 30 to 45 minutes to complete the application. Official Bank Verification Letter The official letter issued by a bank must be dated within the last three 3 months. The letter must also include the account holder's name and an account balance. One 1 passport sized photograph The size of this photograph should be approximately 2 x 2 inches or 51 x 51 mm. This form is required for students who will be under the age of 18 when they start their studies at Pierce. Contact our office for this form. This form is required for active F-1 students currently studying in the United States who wish to transfer into Pierce. Fill out the top portion of this form and submit it to your current school so they can fill out the bottom portion.
These documents are required for active F-1 students currently studying in the United States who wish to transfer into Pierce. Adequate documentation must be included to support your request. Applicants will receive an admission status update via email once the application and supplemental documents have been processed. Applications are processed the order in which they are received. In order to expedite the processing of an application, we advise you to submit all supplemental forms in one packet.
Incomplete applications will cause delays in processing or a denial. All required documents must be received by Pierce College in order to determine admission eligibility. Do I have to pay tuition as a part of the admissions process? Tuition is payable once a student has arrived to school and has registered for classes. Fees are due upon registration.
Students can check their payment deadline and pay fees using the on-line Student Information System. Update your enrollment: You will need to re-apply to LAPC to update your enrollment status and receive a class registration date. A counselor can assist with getting back on track to meet your educational goal.
If you have been gone for more than two years, you will also need to complete the Online Orientation. Open short-term courses are the exception. For short-term courses that are closed, attend the first day of class and the instructor will issue a signed "Add Card" should there be room in the class.
You may register online for open classes at your appointment time or anytime through the Thursday prior to the start of the class. Note and document the confirmation numbers given for each transaction.
When you have finished adding or dropping , return to the menu and select "View Schedule". Print that page as a record of your transactions.
Audit Permit cards are issued and signed by the course instructor. Late audit permit cards will not be accepted. Audit courses cannot be dropped and no credit is given.
Fees are not transferable and non-refundable. Financial Aid does not pay for audits. Audit fees are not waived for concurrent high school students. An active application for admission is required for students auditing classes.

Applications are reviewed and eligible students will receive an admissions offer.
